i always pull my neck and it hurts soooo bad for a couple of mins someone told me to drink lots of water and i have been but i keep pulling it i have tried different ways of stretching and it always gets pulled any advice?????

Try sleeping flatter to help keep the muscle strait. Maybe some neck stretching before sleep mite help. E is suppose to help but it does not help my legs much. That is were I have the same type of trouble. Good luck!
