My parents tell me when they were kids, at 18 you could buy less potent beer. Do any states still have that?

In Utah, beer of the 3.2 type is available at supermarkets and convenience stores - full-strength beer can only be bought at state liquor stores

no states have that anymore because the government said that they weren't going to provide money for roads in that state unless they raised the drinking age up to 21. so no states sell 2/3 beer anymore. i bet you could find that beer on the internet though. i think the drinking age should be 18 though!
