It's kind of hard to hold a smoke when you don't have any hands. Yeah, eternity as a disembodied spirit. Doesn't really sound all that attractive...

Sure its heaven right. You do what ya wanna do. Shoot we had to deal with the crap on earth and we had to praise the Big Man, the least heaven can do while were praising god in heaven is give us smoking breaks:)

eternally praising does not sound to me like it allows room for smoke breaks. I'm thinking that job would get mighty boring after a couple hundred years or so..

Are you kidding? In a city that measures 1400x1400x1400 miles in dimension, with 12 gates which are always open ( to WHAT?!) , and no sickness and disease and crime and sin to worry about, along with death, and the example of Adam which was to go about the Garden and name things, and places built by God , one of them for me, do you think that boredom will exist? You underrate God!
Haven't you seen what He can do? Look at the Hubble site and the NASA site and see what things He is able to make. And look at things that no one understands what it is and think to yourself, " What is the likelihood that once in eternity that there will be fewer limits to what I am able to do?"
And once we are able to see the invisible spiritual realm, what would that be like?
Have you ever had an out of body experience? I have. And the one thing that does not come to mind is boring. And have you ever dreamt that you were flying? I have. That wasn't boring at all, I wanted to stay and fly a lot more.
So I think that my waking visions and lucid dreams are a window for me to whatever spiritual is. And there is nothing boring about that! It's the flesh that is boring. This gravity bound flesh.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN HEAVEN!!! If you're a unrepented smoker that has not recieved your deliverance....you won't make it into heaven anyway. Where smoke is allowed...there are no cigarette breaks in eternity! So guess what'll be burning!!!

it is precisely the difficulty with the Christian concept of heaven. I recommend extremely... what would be left to do after a pair thousand millennia? and that's in simple terms a drop interior the sea of eternity. An eternity of tedium does not sound so super to me. so a techniques as egomaniac... i think of that suits somewhat plenty with a being who creates people to "share his excitement with him!" yet then additionally creates the opportunity of misery and discomfort so as that it is exciting. i assume he replaced into bored.
