ok. i just some new tires for my bike. and i straighten my tire out..but everytime i ride the tire moves to the left..and i dont know what to do..what should i do and how?? and i cant take it to a bike shop.

If I am reading your comments right, check your hubs. Take the rims off the bike and check the hubs, make sure they are tight. Make sure you check the side they are moving towards. And if you can't take it to a bike shop, because there's not one close by, go to one of the links below, because you are going to need a new rim:

I'm not sure what you mean by straightening the tire out. Are you trying to adjust where the axle sits in the dropouts to center the rim between the brakes? The axle needs to sit firmly in both dropouts. If the rim looks off center between the brakes, it's the brakes that need to be adjusted.

As others have mentioned, there's not quite enough to go on.

You might need a washer, but it could be your wheel needs to be trued as well.

You might be able to find a nearby independent bike mechanic that could exchange work for help fixing your bike.

I'd need more information to answer this correctly, but you may be missing a washer on the right side of the axle. It might need to go to a shop.

Inspect the rim , inner tube and tire really carefully and you will find what is wrong .
