They can spread germs. They are a mucus that naturally forms in the nose. And to get boys to stop wiping them everywhere, smack them and make them clean it all up.

Your nose is a filter. it uses the mucus to stop dirt and dust from getting inside of you. A bugger is just a ball of mucus with dirt in it. There is no way to stop boys from wiping them everywhere. Its in our genes.

Well apparently you've got some liars here because everybody has done it at one time or another. As has been said, it is a good indicator of your health especially if you are sick with a cold or flu ... why do you think they do it at hospitals. Grow up people ... if you can't be honest when you answer a question THEN DON'T FREAKING ANSWER IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! buggers are just dried snot balled up. Snot spreads germs so can buggers
