i dont wana go anywhere to hot or to cool either
can someone tell me where to find cheap flights and maybe somewhere i can go from there past experiences

Call a travel agent. Travel agents have access to better fares and deals than you can find on the web. In addition, most people don't realize that you don't pay more to use a Travel Agent, as they get their money from the Airlines.

Try Air India, you can get a wing strap to anywhere in the world for 20 Rupees and if you feel like splashing out a bit, you can get a seat for only 50 rupees, on a wheel! LOL
