That's how the saying goes. As a Christian, I wouldn't know because I'm very well informed and beyond blissful!
(EDIT: By definition though, ignorance = lack of knowledge. And whether -- from your point of view -- Christianity is right or wrong, we obviously have some knowledge that you don't. So based on your choice of words, it would seem that you are the ignorant one. But as Christians, we don't go around calling people that. Why do you?)

I think that is what the story of Genesis is all about. The creation idea is a myth but it leads perfectly into a lesson about knowledge. Things were perfect in Eden until Adam and Eve gained knowledge.

Yes it is, all the jokes and mocking gets really extremly old after a while. Being a Mormon, I sure hear a lot of that.
