A menstrual cycle is approximately 28 days lengthy. Ovulation occurs within the core of this cycle approximately day 14. This is whilst your frame releases an egg or 2 from the fallopian tubes. You are such a lot fertile round two/three days earlier than and after this factor. The egg will pop out as discharge round this time for your cycle, you can also or won't become aware of it. The blood that occurs in the course of a interval is the liner of the uterus- if a little one is not dwelling in there then your frame sheds the liner so it might probably begin the method once more.

For me, working out the first day or 2 of my cycle... is very relieving for my cramps and bloating!! Just stay away from sodium the week before and the week of your cycle. Thats what causes you to be bloated and feel yucky.
I also read that the week before you get your cycle is when you burn the most calories!! So its ok to workout while in your cycle.
PS. I also do the sauna... it def. relaxes me and relieves any fatigue I have!! I come out feeling and looking radiant!
Good luck!

Yes. I read in a women's health magazine recently that exercising while pre-menstrual as well as when you are actually menstruating helps alleviate symptoms related to the period such as cramps, back and leg pain and bloating.
