I want to find out who was on the the plane i was on last week.

I doubt anyone would give you this information due to privacy laws. It is a very sensitive issue.
Airlines have very strict policies as far as passengers are concerned, who are also protected by countries' privacy laws so there's no way you'd find that information out.

First of all you are scaring me.
Do you have something that everyone on board needs to know about ? Like a contagious disease or something !
If you answered yes to any of the questions above the contact your local health department ASAP believe me they can get the passenger list.
If none of the above is why you are asking the the answer is No you can not find out every persons name that was on your flight

no, because of security purposes I highly doubt it unless there was a real medical or sensitive scare that would make that information available but even then, I truly doubt it...
