What does this mean? I was at their job and I was running to find them and couldn't get near them. When I did it was only for a split second. But, I was helping them too which I found weird. I was helping them and they were running around, and possibly running away. What does this mean?

My guess is it's pretty straightforward: It sounds like you have a fear that you're going to run him off or that you won't connect.
But don't put too much stock in dreams. They're influenced by all sorts of factors: Events of the day, concerns you have, the food you ate, the position you're sleeping in.
However this dream does sound like it's a fear of loss of connection.

It probably means that this is how you see the relationship between the two of you. I mean; maybe you feel that you can't get close enough or that this person hasn't opened up to you? That this person is keeping you out and you don't know what to make of them? Or maybe this is just your greatest fear when it comes to the two of you?
