first you are missing a letter.
MAMI QUE ESTA PASANDO O PENSANDO
-if is the first one, mami for us, is like baby you know sweet, baby what's going on?
-if is the second one,:
mami que estas pensando? baby what are you thinking about?

"Mami" could be Mom or Babe/Baby if directed at your girlfriend.
There is a typing error at the last word. If it is "pasando" then is:
Mom, you do not know what is going on.

well, i understand most of it until the last word,
it says, "Woman, you dont know what ... "
sounds like "esta haciendo or esta passando"
which means, "Woman, you dont know what you are doing..."
and the second one means, "woman, you dont know what is
going on..." hopefully i could be of some help.

I think you mean asiendo. And it means Ma you dont know what your doing
