well not wrong - but if your thinking about doing your kegel instead of putting all your attention into the exercise instead of the service it kinda defeats the point of going.

Nope - Kegel away! Unless you are doing them because you are strengthening yourself for altar boys. Then that is bad.

These exercises should only be done in the privacy of your own home. Like prayer, fasting, and tithing, all Christian activities should be done in discretion and taste.
