Real guys perfer a woman who's truthful, sincere, a great conversationalist, funny, happy, loving, caring.
All that u listed in ur question are things that will go away after a few years and the woman will b left with what...a saggy butt and boobs, stringy hair, blemishes, etc. My point is that spending ur time with someone means taking in all their atributes and faults, but at the same time having someone who is compatible.
Don't try to be someone else with implants, surgeries, etc., just be yourself and you'll be wanted and appreciated by ur bf better than if u were any of the above.
