Not possible with Adobe "READER"...

You don't! Adobe Reader is just a software to view existing pdf files and it can't produce new ones. For that you need the full (paid for) Adobe Acrobat or one of the free pdf creation programs available.

Adobe reader is just that, a reader. You can not create files in it. To create a "new" PDF file you will need Adobe Acrobat Full. It is a bit expensive.

adobe reader isn't a document creation tool.

There is no option to create a new adobe document.

That being said, there are tools that convert Word, Excel and webpages into pdfs for free PDFCreator is my fav.
