You don't, without first checking if its legal to send in the post to where he lives, the country he lives in might have severe gun control and sending this in the post could get him arrested.
I believe you have to get a copy of his paperwork his current gun license, a covering letter from his local police station, the local Customs & Excise Office.
Before you send it you have to have a ton of paperwork as well, dont think you can just put it in the post, all packages since 9/11 are x-rayed and the contents checked.
