You probably will lose weight but not the healthy way. Where's the protein? Calcium? Other essential vitamins and minerals? Not a balanced diet for sure. You may get diarrhea too.

The best way to lose weight is with a balanced diet. What you describe as your diet today has no proteins in it. Since protein burns fat, you must look at the fuller picture. It is all about balance. Try adding a little low fat cottage cheese to your breakfast orange. Try eating a low fat high protein diet. Rather than eating 3 large meals in a day, eat every few hours. In this way, you will not ever get really full nor really hungry. Stay away from breads and pastas, drink 8-12 ounce glasses of water through out the day. Step up your activity a bit and you should see some long term results that will not harm your well being.

Nope. I'm sorry but eating like that will put your body into "starvation mode" meaning your metabolism slows way down. You'll stay the same weight or gain some fat. If you persist in eating so few calories, I suppose after a month you'll lose weight- but you'll also lose muscle and hair... You need to eat no less than 1000 calories a day, even that is pushing the limit.

Yes. But it won't be fat you're losing, it'll be muscle.
You're eating little or no protein, and your body needs that to function, for repairs, makign new cells, etc. If you dont' eat it, your body has a nice reserve: muscles. So it will break those down to utilitze for protein.
Trouble is, muscle is where fat is burned. So as you lose muscle, you lose "weight" but not fat, as you can't get that fat burning going on anymore.
Add some lean meats to your diet, and some whole grain starches too. Step up the physical acitivity, and you should lose fat, not muscle.

Yes, you will probably use weight, but you should defiantly eat more. Try adding more protein to your diet so it will be healthier for you.
