i am 14 and i have known this girl forever since like 1st grade and we are like best friends and i really really like her but i dont know if she feels the same way about me. what are some signs that she does like me for more than just a bestfriend?

does she get nervous around you alot recently? have you ever talked to her about boyfriends and girlfriends? How does she act around you? is suddenly anything a little awkward, or does she get shy? Has she told you about any crushes? Does she talk about other guys alot? How often does she hang out with you? Does she blush or get figdety? Watch her carefully and read her body language that can give you alot of insight. Especially since you know how she behaves normaly (since you've know her for so long and are a good friend of hers).
Talk to her a bit and find out how she's feeling. If she has feelings for anyone else, and what she considers a "good boyfriend" guy. See if you measure up. You could always ask her straight out and see what she says. You may be surprised by her answer. Sometimes directness is the best way to get a good answer.

I fell in love with my best friend too and we later got married, but we were much older. You will need to ask yourself if you want to risk your friendship with her. If you think it can lead to more and she feels the same way, try to make sure your friendship doesn't suffer. Some signs would be does she smile at you a lot. Does she try to look good when she's around you?

Will she mention to you about watching movies together or going somewhere with only both of you?
Will she tell you about herself of her own personal thing or her own piracy? (Things that cant be reveal easily even to good friends)
Will she tease you to miss her today if you are not seeing her or miss her in your dream or asking you whether you got miss her anot.?
Will she keep on asking you how you think about her kinda of stuff?

Maybe the way she looks at you, the ways she plays around with you a bunch of things but do you really want your realation with her to feel wierd if she doesnt feel the same way?

i don't think of that's a reliable concept to proceed to be acquaintances with an ex. i think of it is too stressful for the recent better half to nicely known that individual replaced into as quickly as in a relationship with you. i think of the recent better half might probabaly continuously have some insecurities while the ex is around.
