Don't drink as often or so much. The more you drink - the higher the tolerence...and the more expensive it is to go out :)

The only way I know of to lower tolerance is to quit drinking for a few months.

If you don't want to be as tolerant to alcohol then stop drinking for a long time.

Don't eat before drinking.

Have your first few drinks strong and quick.

I would assume those two things would lower your overall tolerance.

I think by "LOWER" they mean they already have a HGIH tolerance because they're alcoholics and now they want to LOWER it because it's getting to expensive to get drunk and they want to be 15 again getting drunk off 1 1/2 beers behind K-Mart.

lower your tolerance?? stop drinking for a few weeks .. duh! if you cant go without drinking then you need to consult a professional because you may have a disorder called alcoholism.
