I have been told I have a cute voice, but the only songs I like singing are: "your just to good to be true, can't take my eyes off of you. you'd be like heaven to touch, I wanna hold you so much..." and "L is for the way you look at me, O is for the only one I see."

Yes, although it depends on the songs he chooses (nobody will be very impressed with Baa Baa Black Sheep, no matter how good your voice is, and although some women love classical music, crowd-pleasers are safer to start off with). Both of the songs you mentioned would work well. It sounds like you like jazz-type songs. You could try learning more of this sort (have a look at Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Ray Charles, etc). It also helps to look confident while you're singing. It takes a bit of practice not to get embarrassed and stop halfway through. It helps to remember that you look LESS silly if you put effort into it than if you give a half-hearted, don't-look-now-but-I'm-singing effort.

Of course it's a turn on! Even if he can't sing all that well but tries it's so sweet. My boyfriend is no rock star but he's not terribly bad either. Some times when a certain song comes on he'll turn to me and sing a meaningful line or two. I feel on top of the world when he does that!

I think it's a turn on. Singing is my life, my career, so when I meet a cute guy that can sing, it's hot, but I don't find boyfriends based on that. I look for the more important things and then if I find out that he can sing, it's like a bonus :)

Yeah, when I was dating my now hubby he would sing in my ear in a low voice or sing to me over the phone. Now, if you want to get a girl's attention- you need to find some other songs/lyrics. After you have that special one- sing those in her ear- she'll love you more!

I think so but then I sing so I am biased. However whether you can sing or not does not make you a good or bad boyfriend. Everyone has some sort of gift whether they know it or not.

Well, some girls really like that. A guy w/ a gorgeus voice can be very attractive. Why do girls like Patrick Wilson and Josh Groban so much?
