I want to make a petition for Child Abuse, and I can make it on Petition.com, but the thing is, I kinda don't know what to do. All I know is I make a petition, X amount of people to sign it, and then what?
Wha organization or company or anything do I send it to? Actually, if there's a place I can go for any of this, please let me know.

You want to petition _for_ child abuse? I doubt you'll get many signiatures.
You have to decide what the petition is actually for, ie, what action you want taken and by whom, how long it is to run, and to whom it will be delivered.
Most online petitions are pointless, because people just bang out an opinion and leave it there.
You're probably better off doing it on paper and going down the high street with it.
