yeah. one of my friends has it so you can make your photo black and white and then have one thing stand out in color. she cant explain it to me for some reason.

No such thing- how could there be? Briefly this is done in Photoshop or another imaging program by making a duplicate layer of the picture, converting that layer to black and white then masking off that part of the picture you want to keep black and white and erasing that part you want in colour.

I'd like to see that filter! This is usually done in Photoshop or on certain cameras (such as many Canon Powershots) that have the effect built into them.
