Please answer it seems today that if questions don't have pop culture references they don't stick out but this is really itchy and paining please answer!

Just lightly scratch it, it'll relieve a little bit of the pain. ice works because its numbs it, but I am not sure for that situation.

Those itches will drive you nuts, huh? Try some Gold Bond powder, you may need to use a tiny straw - like a coffee stirrer - to blow it down into the cast. You may also be able to use the straw to scratch the itch a little - just be careful! Good luck!

Scratch anywhere close, on the skin. The sensation will travel and relieve the itch.
