I'm so darn fat! I hate my body. My thighs jiggle a bit when I walk. And when I sit down a little bit of my belly fat goes over my pants a bit.

Age:17 1/2
Pants size:3-6(depending on stores)
Height:5ft 4.5inches
Weight:128lbs

And I eat healthy. Like Healthy choice and weight watchers snacks if I get a snack and everything. I excersize at least an hour a day. I don't want school to start and have everyone see i'm a sticken fat person! HELP!

Holy crap. YOU are part of what's wrong with society. A size 3-6 and 128 pounds is NOT fat. God I hate girls who are your size and weight thinking you're a lardass. Can you say "attention whore?"

Change your body image and stop obsessing. You're fine the way you are. Worry when you're 180 pounds, not 128.

I would say forget 'health' foods. Eat whatever you like, but only three times a day. Scrupulously avoid all snacks in between. Cut out the milk in your tea/coffee and drink it without sugar, if you can. Take a spoonful of honey in lukewarm water, first thing in the morning. Walking is a must, and it is best if you can do it as soon as it is light in the morning. Give away your (weighing) scales and break all the mirrors in your room. Come back to me after 6 months.

It doesn't matter what you eat, just coz it states it's healthy, doesn't mean it's not calorie laden and full of additives. Stick to 1500-1750 Kcals a day, exercise, and you should see the weight fall off. Eat good healthy food like fruit, vegetables, rice & grains, cereal, milk, fish, meat. Stuff like that. Besides, Crisps and sweets arn't very filling anyway, and one or two bites, and there gone.

Size 3-6 is not fat for your height. And seriously, whose belly fat doesn't go over their pants when they sit down? LOL. I know mine does, and I wear size 0-3. No one will think you're fat, so relax!

Nobody will notice or care. It is all in your head. I used to be the same way you are and i worried so much about what other people thought. You are perfectly fine, but if you continue to think this way you won't be fine.

incrrease you exercise rooutine. healthy choice has lots of salt try some real foods and vegs. good luck
