Black bean and rice quesadillas (for me) and meat burritos for my hubby. I'm thinking about making some twice bakeds to go with it. And a green salad, but I still need to make a balsamic dressing.

I have been given a choice of Spaghetti Bolognese, Chilli Tacos or Shepherd's Pie, I have just decided this second that it is going to be my favourite which is Chilli, by the way this all done from scratch, no pre-prepared sauces or spice mixes etc.

It's a surprise! My Mum brought something with her yesterday from which I can only tell that there are chicken thighs and sweet corn in there! I will have to have a look and a try tonight as I am short of dosh and need to eat. Probably with rice, definitely with salad!

I'm about to go to college so my grandparents are taking my family and me to a "farewell dinner" at this new restaurant called Bonefish. It's a chain, so ever heard of it? It's supposed to be really good but I've never tried it.

Whole wheat spagettini with garlic alfredo sauce, grilled shrimp & a green salad with cherry tomatoes and balsamic dressing.
Ice cream sandwiches for dessert.

God knows, had hoped hubby would take me for meal but he's just suggested getting some muffins and having a burger instead

duck sausages with port marinated raisins, bacon and baked beans.
I thought the sausages sounded interesting when I bought them at te farmers market but, no I left them as I didn't like them and I am not a woman who leaves food on the plate!!
