Looks like a red and white domestic longhaired, according to my friend who is involved in cat rescue. She can't see enough of the "red" (looks more sienna to me, but the colours are defined or perceived differently by cat people) in the photo to tell. Otherwise, I would think there is some Maine Coon or Norwegian in there.
In any case, check with a cat expert, either a vet or someone experienced and trained in the Cat Fanciers' associations, such as CFA or TICA.

The kitten is a high white red tabby and white domestic longhair. He? She? is probably a classic tabby pattern but due to the angle of the photo and the amount of white it is difficult to tell the exact tabby pattern.
You can find cats just like this one at your local shelter. I don't think it is fair to call this baby a "kitten-mill" kitten as we don't know for sure where the kitten comes from. But do be suspicious of pet stores that sell cats and dogs. Many times they get their animals from mills or very suspect breeders.
Nice cat!

Domestic long hair or Maine Coon. It's really impossible to tell just by looking at a cat what it is. I have a cat that looks just like a purebred Maine Coon but I know for a fact he isn't.

It looks like a mixed breed from a kitten mill.
Edit - to whoever gave this a thumbs down,
The photo is a mixed breed kitten on a site that exists to sell poorly bred & cross breed kittens. Often for higher prices than are charged for pets by established breeders who devote time, effort & money to producing the best they can.
You may not like this answer but it is correct.
It's description would be red tabby & white semi long haired.Shelters are full of cats that look like this.
