Tuna in mac and cheese is awesome. It's like a tuna melt(can't find them in the S only in northern states).

Pickled pigs feet(take meat off of bones) add to peanut butter and cracked pepper stir delicious.

McDonald's ff and carmel sauce mmm so good

Ores and pb

Brownswagert(German meant spread) and red onion sandwich w/ mayo MMMM

Cookies and Cream ice cream w/ sour cream and onion chips(I ate this while pregnant)

Crunchy PB on a Big Fish sandwich from
Burger King(I also ate this while pregnant)

1. Peanut butter and lettuce sandwiches. Love the fresh, juicy crunch with the sticky peanut butter.

2. Chili over rice. Hawaii people love this, and I'm from Hawaii! (So on that note: fried spam and eggs, poi mixed with lomi salmon, too!)

3. Pancakes with ketchup. Potato chips with ketchup, too.

4. Fried green onion tortillas. Brush a tortilla with beaten egg and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Top with another tortilla brushed with egg wash. Fry in a bit of oil in a skillet until golden brown and crunchy. SO good!

5. Ham and jam sandwiches. Think about it: Usually ham is glazed with fruit preserves like pineapple or plums. The sweet (jam) and salty (ham) goes well together.

Is this weird enough? You got me thinking...I have some weird tastes!

Watermelon salsa! - cilantro, jalapeno, red onion, lime juice (or vinegar) & garlic (or ginger). Good with sweet potato chips or any grilled meat - low cal, different and good!

There are other recipes that also use pineapple or mango with it - this is always an unusual side when having guests and shows creativity .

Watermelon, sour cream with Ginger! Do a search for Watermelon Soup. I made it and it was fantastic! Very refreshing. Had it first on a Royal Caribbean Cruise.

Fried Corn

Using a skillet, dump a can of corn (with Juice drained) and a tablespoon of butter. Then add salt, pepper, garlic powder (just a little), and lots of brown sugar. Allow the corn to "fry" until all of the butter is gone from the bottom of the pan. Some of the kernels of corn will get brown. I know corn, garlic, and brown sugar is weird...but it is WONDERFUL!!! I could eat a whole can by myself! Hope you try it and love it like my family does! Good luck.

I make salami and garlic cream cheese sandwiches at midnight. And I love baked potatoes topped with cottage cheese and lettuce. Yes, lettuce on a baked potato.
