I love southern cooking, too! (Low-country) I am in heaven with some southern macaroni and cheese, crab cakes, crawfish pie, and pulled pork bbq! Mmmmmm!

Southern cooking is best but I also love me some good ol Chinesse Food...I may just turn into a cat or dog..

Italian and Mexican - the real, traditional stuff, not Olive Garden and Taco Bell! I love southern cooking too. Nothing beats really great fried chicken!!

Soul food style cooking black eye peas, chitterlings, collard greens, candied yams, corn bread, cole slaw, fried catfish, potatoe salad, turkey wings with gravy, Southern Style fried chicken, biscuits, red beans and rice, sweet potatoe pie, barbecue beef short ribs, chicken, or pork, and a bottle of hot sauce!

I like all types of food but I would have to say my all time favorite is Italian food. I love marinara and Alfredo sauces.

Louisiana or cajun cuisine, but not the crap they try put in restaurants. I am talking about home cooking. Jambalaya is my favorite, ettouffe and red beans and rice are good also.

I love yellow rice black beans with roast pork or pork chops with some spinach or broccoli as a side vegetable.
