How many coffees/tea/milk/pop/water/beers etc. do you drink on a daily basis?

I find I don't drink enough of anything...I do try to drink lots of water...have a coffee (or two - decaf) in the morning...and I limit myself to one pop, Coke, usually with dinner! LOL
I need to drink more milk...usually will make cafe au lait to compensate but women do need calcium and I'm sure never get enough.

i recently stopped drinking anywhere from 2 - 12 sodas per day along w/drinking kool-aide. i am now working on losing weight, one of my doctors shared w/me how he keeps his weight down (he loves food) he suggested that i drink half my body weight in water this will help flush my system where food wont stand a chance of turning into fat, he did advise don't just start doing it u have to work your way up gradually, but u must eat less fried foods most definitely not good for us but on occasion it wont hurt but try really hard to bake grill all your foods.

Eve, water is the best. I do drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning, then iced green tea and water. On week-ends I sometimes go for a pop. I also drink rasberry lemonade or rasberry limeade once in awhile. Milk I crave about three times a year. But I DO take calcium as I know how important it is to prevent osteoparosis.

Half a lime with salt in a glass of lukewarm water, first thing in the morning, followed by a teaspoonful of honey. Next a cup of strong, black coffee, without sugar. Plenty of water through the day, but never during or immediately after meals. Two pegs of whiskey before lunch and two to three pegs before dinner. A number of cups of coffee during the day.

Coffe in the morning to get going. I admit I am a pepsiholic and I know that It is not good for me, but I am addicted , drink almost a 6 pack a day. Will have a glass of milk with dinner.

I try to drink only water or Gatorade with the occasional soda, preferrably Mountain Dew (which is one of the worst for you!). I probably drink about 3 bottles of water &/or Gatorade daily, but lately I've started drinking that new Vitamin Water and I'm addicted to it! I drink around 4 a day! (They are so delicious!!)

Cranberry juice, coffee, green tea, milk with lunch, water until evening, wine until I'm buzzed, water until bed.
Repeat.

Normally one energy drink like Monster(green) or Jolt(blue) with lots of water for the rest of the day.

I initiate my day with selfmade coffee. might have a million or 2. Then have some cups of coffee at artwork then quit at starbucks for a mocha frap or dietrichs for a latte. i think of I drink thank you to a lot coffee.
