my car was involded in a accedent where someone got hit. they were in self defence of the person driving my car which was not me i was just wondering if they can go after me when it was their fault they got hit because i had not insurance. i live in indiana

You were in violation of the law by allowing an uninsured car on the road way. If the other vehicle involved doesn't come after you for the claim, the law will. You will probably lose your license for this.

Your question is very confusing. From what I see, someone else was driving your uninsured car. You will be responsible since the car is in your name. You will also be charged with not having insurance and allowing an uninsured driver to operate the vehicle. Possible to lose your license for this and you will be paying the bills out of pocket.

Yes if the car was yours they probably can but in the case that you had no insurance they may take your drivers license away for not having ins.
And I would like to know how did you get the car licensed without ins.
Or are you one of those who buys it just for the month so you can get the car licensed and then drops it and if so I want to thank you in advance for it is people like you that make the rates for the rest of us so high again thanks for nothing.

do your car insured at once in National Insurance and get tension free.
