Here is the Doctrine which BTW, as of yesterday, this Pope is now "Qualified" to Hold the Title of, as he Denies & Teaches that an "Aspect" of God is really just "Evolution"!!! John
DOCTRINE OF THE ANTICHRIST
A. Definition.
1. The Greek preposition "anti" has a dual connotation:
a. Against.
b. Instead of, in place of.
2. The connotation for this study is that it means conflict; therefore
against is the primary meaning. An antichrist is someone against the Lord.
B. Antichrist in the Church Age.
1. In the Church Age, antichrist refers to any believer who resides
and functions in the cosmic dynaspheres of Satan. The Church Age is the
only time to use the divine dynasphere to avoid being an antichrist.
2. Antichrist is synonymous with the "enemy of the cross" in Phil
3:18, "the enemy of God" in James 4:4, and "the hater of God" in Jn 15:23.
These believers are called antichrist in 1 Jn 2:22, 4:3; 2 Jn 7; 1 Jn 2:18.
C. The Antichrist in the Tribulation.
1. The Antichrist in the Tribulation is one person, an unbeliever
functioning under the cosmic systems. He sells himself out to the devil
more than any other person. He has seven or eight titles in the Bible.
(The believer in the Church Age living in the cosmic systems is no better
than the Antichrist of the Tribulation.)
2. The Antichrist is one of two great dictators who emerge in the
Tribulation. He is the beast out of the sea (the sea of nations), the
Gentile ruler of the revived Roman Empire. He is also the leader of
ecumenical religion in the Tribulation. He is called by many titles.
a. "The man of sin, the son of perdition," 2 Thes 2:3.
b. "The beast from the sea," Rev 13:1-10 (his political title);
"the beast," Rev 17:8-13 (his religious title); and "the beast on whom the
scarlet woman rides."
c. "The little horn," Dan 7:8-9, 19-26.
d. "The abomination of desolation," Mt 24:15. A statue of him is
put up in the temple at Jerusalem, a sign for all believers to flee to the
mountains.
e. "The prince that shall come," Dan 9:26-7.
f. "The prince of Tyre," Ezek 28:1-10. He is given this title
because of the Phoenician Satan worship.
g. "The feet of the image," Dan 2:31-45.
3. The Jewish dictator might also be called an antichrist because he
passes himself off as Christ (using anti to mean "instead of Christ"). He
is also has many titles.
a. "Dan the serpent," Gen 49:16-18.
b. "The false prophet," Rev 16:13, 19:20, 20:10.
c. "The willful king," Dan 11:36-40.

maybe islam? they use christian history, they even include jesus, but they deny that he was the christ! the beast of the earth-muhammad?, the beast of the sea- (fake) 'jesus' when he returns?, and the image of the first beast-muhammad 'resurrected' by (fake) 'jesus'?. no way to be sure till it happens. but it seems like the image of the beast is the thing thats going to bring about the end. and it will be obvious to the believers.
jesus explains it better, just be watchful for the signs:
matt 24
'Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There!’ do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand.
“Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look, He is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.'

Antichrist is a word used by John to describe one who would assume the guise of Christ, but in reality would be opposed to Christ (1 Jn. 2: 18, 22; 1 Jn. 4: 3-6; 2 Jn. 1: 7).
In a broader sense it is anyone or anything that counterfeits the true gospel or plan of salvation and that openly or secretly is set up in opposition to Christ. The great antichrist is Lucifer, but he has many assistants both as spirit beings and as mortals. See 2 Thes. 2: 1-12; Rev. 13: 17; Jacob 7: 1-23)

"The" antichrist-- one who denies Christ-- one who will set himself above all--including Christ- One who will come claiming to BE Christ -- but the things he does will contradict what we are told in the scriptures.. We are to know the scripture so we are NOT deceived by this antichrist. The beast represents the kingdom (country) he is from. This kingdom HAS been in power before-- But was eventually destroyed by a greater power..This Beast of the Antichrist Will rise up again & once again reign terror against God's True followers.

This is an interesting question that you pose. Before I delve into your question, I want to clear up what the antichrist means. Are there a specific number of people that are considered antichrists? Many words in the English language are defined just by looking at it. Antichrist is a perfect example.
According to Reasoning from the Scriptures, Antichrist means against or instead of Christ. The term applies to all who deny what the Bible says about Jesus Christ, all who oppose his Kingdom, and all who mistreat his followers. It also includes individuals, organizations, and nations that falsely claim to represent Christ or that improperly ascribe to themselves the role of Messiah.
That definition describes more than a specific number of “antichrists.” The numbers are endless. Cannot put a finger on the exact amount. This term applies to all that are against Jesus Christ in some form or another. There are more than 3 antichrists to date. The Israelites (Jews) as a nation can be considered antichrists because they rejected the rejected Jesus outright and impaling him. Remember, the Israelites lost God’s favor as his chosen ones because of this and can be considered one of many antichrists. Look at the following scriptures.
1 John 2:18: “Young children, it is the last hour, and, just as you have heard that antichrist is coming, even now there have come to be many antichrists; from which fact we gain the knowledge that it is the last hour.” The term “last hour” refers to the times in which we are living in. Critical times, as 2 Timothy 3:1 mentions or “the last days,” as used in Matthew chapter 24.
2 John 7: “Man deceivers have gone forth into the world, persons not confessing Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist.” If you noticed, the term ‘many antichrists” in 1 John 2:18 is used in a collective sense.
Persons today identified as the antichrist are those who…deny that Jesus is truly the Messiah is today’s example of those identified as the antichrist. 1 John 2:22: “Who is the liar if it is not the one that denies that Jesus is the Christ [or, Messiah, anointed one]? This is the antichrist.” Many people today place Jesus higher than Jehovah God himself, or make him part of a triad (better known as the trinity with 3-in-1). In other words, people worship Jesus rather than God. That is rejecting Jesus as the Messiah.
Persons today identified as the antichrist are those who…deny that Jesus is the unique Son of God. 1 John 2:22: “This is the antichrist, the one that denies the Father and the Son.” Compare John 10:36 and Luke 9:35. John 10:36:”do YOU say to me whom the Father sanctified and dispatched into the world, ‘You blaspheme,’ because I said, I am God’s Son?” Luke 9:35: “And a voice came out of the cloud, saying: “This is my Son, the one that has been chosen. Listen to him.” Jehovah God is that voice from the cloud. It certainly cannot be Jesus talking to himself; thus rejecting Jesus as part of any trinity. The Jews denied Jesus being the Son of God back in ancient times. In fact, they wanted to make him King. Did Jesus seek his own glory? Look at the following scripture.
John 7:16-18: When speaking to the Jews, he said, “What I teach is not mine, but belongs to him that sent me. If anyone desires to do His will, he will know concerning the teaching whether it is from God or I speak of my own originality. He that speaks of his own originality is seeking his own glory; but he that seeks the glory of him that sent him, this one is true, and there is no unrighteousness in him.” Here is evidence that Jesus is not God because he was not put on earth to seek his own glory, but to do the will of His Father Jehovah God.
Persons today identified as the antichrist are…apostates (those once in the truth [or faith], but left the truth and luring the believers to follow them]). 1 John 2:18, 19: “There have come to be many antichrists. . . They went out from us, but they were not of our sort.” Apostates once possessed the truth, but they leave the truth and preach untruths.
Persons today identified as the antichrist are those who…oppose Christ’s true followers. John 15:20, 21: “If they have persecuted me, they will persecute you also. . . But they will do all these things against you on account of my name.” During Hitler’s regime, so many Jews were exterminated by order of Hitler. Additionally, Jehovah’s Witnesses were persecuted tremendously. In fact, anyone not hailing Hitler would face adverse consequences. In some cases, death resulted.
Persons today identified as the antichrist are…individuals and nations that oppose Christ as King or that themselves falsely claim the Messianic role. Psalm 2:2: “The kings of the earth take their stand and high officials themselves have massed together as one against Jehovah and against his anointed one [Christ, or Messiah].
Matt. 24:24: “False Christs and false prophets will arise and will give great signs and wonders so as to mislead, if possible, even the chosen ones.”
I hope this did not confuse you, but to inform you that the antichrists is not a low number, but rather compose of different individuals, nations, governments, etc. Antichrists consist of more than just Adolph Hitler and Osama Bin Laden. It is ANYONE against or instead of Christ, denying what the Bible says about Christ, all opposing his Kingdom and mistreating his followers. This includes organizations, individuals and nations that falsely claim to represent Christ or that improperly ascribe to themselves as the role of the Messiah. Now that you have this info, you can share it with others and write down a list of individuals, nations, organizations, that are against Christ. You will quickly realize that Hitler and Bin Laden are just two of countless persons identified as the antichrist.
