Here are a few more tips if you want to use them if you don't already:

-Drink more water, 8-10 glasses of water everyday.

-Cut down on the carbs (there's good, and bad carbs. The bad cars are chips, sodas etc.), fats, and sugars you consume.

-Try to eat more fiber, protein, and have some wheat too.

-Lift weights, the more muscle you have the more calories your body burns.

-If you feel like you are hungry try to have some water, but if you want food, then try to snack in between meals only have fruit and veges, apple, carrot sticks, remember try to eat an apple and banana a day.

-I suggest taking out all fizzy drinks and juices.

-Have a good breakfast. Breakfast is so important.

-Eat lean meat.

-I started swimming every morning about 3 weeks ago before I ate breakfast, so far I have lost about 20 pounds of fat, and have gone down 2 waist sizes. I look, and feel way better because when you do a form of cardio exercise before you eat, you are burning the stored fat (stomach, and everything else), other than burning the food you just ate. Plus swimming burns fat, and tones up your muscles. 2 In 1!

-Consume more protein, and less fat. Try drinking protein shakes.

You sound like you are taking all the right things into consideration.

You will not lose muscle as long as you eat properly and continuously lift weights or excercise. You need to do weight training 2 or 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes each time. Concentrate on the major muscles first and then the smaller ones because the smaller ones help you complete workouts for the major muscles so if you exhaust them then you cannot work out your major muscles properly.

Eat healthy. It's been said a million times before and you are probably thinking what is healthy and what isn't? Look up everything you eat either online or on the nutrition label. Check online to see how many calories you need per day and then follow those guidelines.

Good luck

Exrercise
Drink water
Get more sleep
Eat high carb food like rice & potato if you're exerciseing but avoud trans fatty acids etc by avoiding junk food 7 snakck eg crisps.
you're body can burn natural fats like potato better than sugarry and artificial fats.
Make sure you look after yourself properly & go on a good balanced diet. Just don't undereat or you wont be able to exercise at all.
Good luck!

Are you doing any cardio at all? It's so common that guys don't do cardio because they think it's women's stuff. You need that cardio because it seems like you want to get a bit more lean than you are already. Add at least 30-40 minutes of cardio into your workout. Try using the treadmill...put the incline up and do bursts of walking and jogging. It'll help your weight come off and as long as you continue the weight training, you shouldn't lose any muscle.

Just go for a morning walk at around 7.00 am... Take big steps while walking. U dont really need to change ur eating habits if they arent unhealthy... Yes, if u drink too much coffee, tea or cola or eat too much junk food, cut down n u'll surely have the perfectly balanced weight!!! Don't "diet". if that means starving urself and yes u'll surely lose muscle coz of that." Yeah if u mean u want to have a balanced diet then yeah that must help!!! But dont skip the morning walks

You don't need to diet, just be sensible. You can tell when you've eaten too much so stop yourself when that happens. Have three large meals a day but don't snack in between. Exercizing is the key thing here though because it will reduse your fat percentage and increase your muscle.

keep doing what your doing - you wont lose muscle if you are working out, so just eat healthy and get to work

ps- you cant lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, so focus just on the fat by eating less portions but more meals (around 6) .. to gain muscle, you would have to consume more calories

You could run and work out because you lose weight and gain muscle..........or just work out because getting more muscle results in losing fat since more calories are use by your body to support you muscles
