ive tried to diet before but i dont know what to do. can you help?

Here are a few more tips if you want to use them if you don't already:

-Drink more water, 8-10 glasses of water everyday.

-Cut down on the carbs (there's good, and bad carbs.The bad cars are chips, sodas etc.), fats, and sugars you consume.

-Try to eat more fiber, protein, and have some wheat too.

-Lift weights, the more muscle you have the more calories your body burns.

-If you feel like you are hungry try to have some water, but if you want food, then try to snack in between meals only have fruit and veges, apple, carrot sticks, remember try to eat an apple and banana a day.

-I suggest taking out all fizzy drinks and juices.

-Have a good breakfast. Breakfast is so important.

-Eat lean meat.

-I started swimming every morning about 3 weeks ago before I ate breakfast, so far I have lost about 20 pounds of fat, and have gone down 2 waist sizes. I look, and feel way better because when you do a form of cardio exercise before you eat, you are burning the stored fat (stomach, and everything else), other than burning the food you just ate. Plus swimming burns fat, and tones up your muscles. 2 In 1!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Don't eat after 9:00pm at night, walk 3 miles daily and drink water not sodas. Avoid extra sugary foods and suppliment with sugar free snacks instead.

this is how i keep from overeating: right before every meal, i have a full glass of water, and keep sipping water or a juice throughout my meal. try to eat small meals, five a day if possible.

also, its really difficult to just cut out indulgent food from your diet -- my weakness is chocolate. i treat myself to one big square of dark chocolate each day, so i'm not tempted to jump on chocolate whenever i see it.

eat a rainbow of colorings have a minimum of one brightly colored fruit or vegetable in each meal and if appropriate eat the skins thats the place youll detect a powerhouse of antioxidants

stop drinking everything except water for a couple weeks. (no soda or sugary crap) Works wonders
