So this past year my body has gotten very sensitive to force. If my leg gets tapped a lightly on the side of my bed or something, the next day I have an ugly, painful bruise! This happened again yesterday while playing with my dog and now I need to get rid of it b/c I bought a super cute mini dress to wear out this weekend and this bruise makes my leg look hidious! Any advice to get rid of this bruise pronto??

L-Arginine can help with general circulation, and that may help to prevent the bruises in the first place. To help heal them, I would suggest looking for a homeopathic product called Arnica (and it will have some other name attached to it, depending on the type). It's available in tablets, gel, or tubes containing little beads. It specifically helps to heal a bruise and minimize the appearance.

Unfortunately, bruises work on their own time. I don't think there's anything that will get rid of them! I wish there were, because that happens to me, too! However, unless you really smacked it badly, it should go away within the next few days or so. You still have plenty of time to wear that dress!!!
Good Luck!!!!

if this is a new problem you really should go to the doctors. you may have an iron deficiency or something.

in the mean time, you can go to the drug store and get that cream to put on your legs to cover those veins. that should help. also, rub toothpaste into it. that will help lighten it as well. it has to be the paste though.

sorry, bruises will heal according to the healing process, there is no speeding it up. If you are bruising so easily, you may want your doctor to do some blood tests to find out why this is happening.
