ok why is it that guys are like i'll call you back in 5 mins and then call back 1-5 hrs later? Or he says he'll call and doesn't but texts but it takes him forever to answer like he didn't answer when you gonna call text? why do guys think girls will just wait around and drop everything for them? if a guy says i'll call you back in 10 mins or something he should f*cking do it. it not that hard to tell time and keep track of it. For me this is not just a guy its my boyfriend. He knows it pisses me off i just hate someone telling me they r going to do something then dont

im not like this if i tell someone a time even if im busy i will get a chance to call or text the person. But i don't say 5 mins when i really mean later like 3 hours

Stereotypes are not nice. It's not always guys that do this... Girls do as well.
I had a girl that I was romantically interested in, but constantly blew me off (both by not calling me, and by not showing up to plans). She claims she has always liked me back, but her negligence to call or contact me once in a while left me feeling like the relationship wasn't mutual. At this point, her and I are barely friends.
If you think it is inconsiderate, tell him. If he doesn't care, tell him to take a hike. But realize that not all guys (or girls) are like that.

I have a very good friend who is like that. She isn't trying to be dodgy or sneaky. You are being too sensitive. Look things happen and you get distracted. You'll either accept that when he says 5 minutes he really means later. Obviously you are dropping everything to wait or it wouldn't be pissing you off. Don't sit there and wait for him to call back. Do something else with your time.

Seriously, we are all lazy.
Either that, or our attention is diverted to something else (TV?).
Eventually, we will remember, "Oh, sh*t! I forgot to call _____."
Not every guy is like this, but most of us are. You're gonna have to be used to it.
