start/control panel. clik on add/remove programs. from list find norton click on is and click uninstall

It must have Uninstall in Add/Remove Programe on control Panel.

If this software is installed it has to have an uninstall command. If, on the other hand, it isn't installed, you can simply delete the ".exe" file or folder.

go to start...then control panel...and add/remove programs...or if using vista, change programs, then click on the option to uninstall.
