What does it mean when dream about your legs and limbs falling off.?

I once had this wierd dream where my head fell off and I had to tie it back on with a scarf untill my mum drove me to the hospital, but my mum couldn't start the car and my sister kept trying to pull my scarf off.

There must be a little normal rivalry between you and your sister.

And isn't that always the way with cars and other mechanical things: when you need them the most, they don't work.

What did you wrap the scarf around, in order to hold your head on? I suppose you'd have to wrap the scarf under your arms. Oops -- no arms!

In this dream you seem to feel you can't count on your mother or sister to take care of you in an emergency. My guess is you have an entirely normal family and your sister wouldn't really pull your scarf off in such an emergency.
