High sugar food most times pass through the system undigested..this could cause stomach upset..it does with me..frosting doughnuts etc give me stomach pain.. also are you eating before bed when you sleep your metabolism slows down and when you eat close to bedtime this could cause food to sit in your stomach causing fermentation and gas build up from this ..try to stop eating around 5 pm or at least 4 hours before bed... you could also have food allergies

First of all, milk is baby food - you don't need it. But you do need to be sure to get some protein and complex carbohydrates. That means, cheese, eggs, beans, etc.
As far as your stomach, I'd think it was nervous stomach if it wasn't only happening when you sleep at night. Have you considered allergies? Maybe you should compare your habits and environment between day and night sleep. What's different when you sleep at night? Do you eat something different? Soap or shampoo? Sleep in a different room? I'd walk through it minute by minute.

They said the same thing about my lil bro, and they finally sent him to have the tube stuck down his throat into his stomach to look around. He is now on a high antacid and is much better. Why dont you try to get the doc to send you for the scan to make sure? Actually, drinking milk could help with your problem. Other than that, try taking tums or something similar. It sounds like indegestion to me.

hey even doctors can be wrong. Where are you hurting, if its your left side, then it's just gas (Take GasX if your not taking any other medication), if on your right it's appendicitis, I had the same thing when i was your age, (ya that was 2 yrs ago) Appendicitis comes to mind, try going to ER again, Doctors could be wrong, they are people not machines. and if they say theres nothing wrong with you, insist, other wise sue.

It could be anxiety/nerves. They can cause a lot of symptoms especially those you described...and if you have it in your head you are going to get it every morning...you will get it every morning. A lot of people are more anxious in the morning. Just my 2 cents.

Emotional pains are more difficult to handle . Physical pain can be handled with pain killers.
