Let me first clarify what I believe what eternal life will be like: A new earth will be created that is very similar to what we have now except this time it will be perfect. We will live a life like we have now with the people we love, family and friends, and do the same things that we enjoy doing in this life. Evil and sin are non-existent because our free will is in full conformance to the will of God, because we have become holy or god-like. What makes us worthy of this? Nothing, nobody deserves this life. It is only due to the perfect love of God for us and our positive response to this love that can make this possible.
