depends. If it is your name, then it would be "Merii" メリー
But if its Mary the mother of Jesus, then they use マリアwhich is Maria, but thats Christs Mary.

Sory, but because Mary is an English name, there is no japanese equivalent. I'd reccomend looking up what the name Mary means and translating that into japanese. Here, I'll give you the links.
