We have only been dating for about 3 months now. He has taken me to a wedding to meet old friends and family. Now this last weekend he wanted me to meet friends from school that were out of town. Why all this meeting?

It's not a bad thing. Just wondering if this means he is quite serious about me or if it is a typical thing for guys to do. Well it couldn't be typical b/c in my 15 years of dating it has never happened. excuse me for being a lil taken back.

He is showing you off to his friends and family. You should be flattered that he wants you to meet everyone. This guy is truly serious about being in a relationship with you, so be proud of what he is doing.

Well my guy is a Taurus, not only did I meet his family(they lived 40 miles away) but I met all his old girlfriends and half the neighbors.
I asked why, he said he was proud of me and wanted to show off.. consider it a compliment and stop questioning it.

He probably is serious, just that he's was brought up a little differently than other guys you've dated.
My old boyfriend had me meet a few of his family members, his mom, dad, grandma, and lots of his friends. At this time we were quite into the relationship.i think it's very sweet that he's taking you around to meet his friends and family. And I think it signifies his seriousness in the relationship.

It seems like he still wants to keep you distant. It's a red flag when you don't meet his friends but he meets yours. Move on and don't settle for this type of guy in your life.

I've seen this from all of my husband's friends, they want to make sure their close buddies are all excepting of you and to see that you are able to hang out with his friends and be comfortable. They want to be sure that the boys approve... this doesn't necessarily mean he's extremely serious but he wants to know that his friends think your a good girl before he thinks about getting too serious.
