Again....
God's ways are NOT our ways.
Things happen in this world because of sin.........
God is NOT obligated to explain Himself to us

The same argument could be said for God. Why does anything bad happen? Each person has to find out what is a satisfactory answer to that. It all comes down to free will, God and Angels cannot break free will of any person, even if that person is a rapist or murderer. People can ask for help but that does not mean another person will be willing to stop killing, raping or harming others.
For me, every experience is exactly how it is meant to be. What you experience you were meant to experience for your own soul's growth and life's lessons. You choose to experience them whether you realize it or not. An angel can only help you in so far as you ask for help, if you do not ask for help they cannot help you or override your free will. Also, if you are meant to experience such horrible tragic things, angels cannot override that as it is an experience you chose to experience before you ever came into existance.
How often do you hear a small voice within you say to not go somewhere that day or not do something and you do it anyway only to have a negative situation present itself? When you do not listen to the voice within, do not complain that you did not receive help. You received help, you just chose not to listen.

In your scenario many things can happen. 1 - the girl is able to move out of the way of the truck at the last second and the driver is alerted and swerves out of the way, 2 - the girl though she is hit survives without dying or requiring major surgery, 3 - the girl is hit and sustains major injuries to learn how it feels to be vulnerable in a hospitable but still doesn't die, 4 - the girl is hit and dies as it really was her time to go.
I have had angels help me avoid a huge traffic accident on the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. Although I was paying to traffic going in my same direction, I wasn't watching the oncoming traffic. At the moment I was told to look up and saw a huge bus coming directly at me, ifnot told to look up at that second I would not have been able to avoid impact and would have caused huge traffic accident with multiple cars. I was able to swerve slightly within my lane and not get hit.

Where in the bible do you see anything about everyone having guarding angels, or angels protecting folks from rape and murder?
In Sodom, Lot was the one fighting off the sodomites so that they wouldnt try to rape the angels. Before the angles blinded the folks so they could run away and escape.
The point is, Bad stuff happens, when people drink and drive people are going to die. Period. To be honest you wouldn't enjoy life.

The Bible clearly states the deity, death and resurrection of Christ. The focal point of the scriptures, is to relate the greatness of God, so there is no reason for us to worship angels. One angel sought to be greater than God, and he was sent to the land down under. (That's not Australia!) We are to worship the Lord, not His creations. God can do as He chooses at anytime, does that mean he doesn't have the power to send an angel No, he does, but there are many things that happen in a christian life, that can be considered good or bad, in our eyes....but in God's there is a reason. Sometimes we don't see it, or may die not understanding it, but there is a reason.
Another spin-off on this is God is there... but He gives us freewill to choose who we serve. So who is in control of those that don't know Him? I will let you figure that one out! Hint: It's the man from down under......read the Bible. It's like Prego, "It's all in there!"

Angles are sent by God to guard His people, every body don't have an angel.Angels do not deal with the problem of this world. Gods minsters can go along and nothing will happen to him, Poison or any thing will not harm him. If you excepted God, and repented and don't obey His commandment's, you don't have a guardian angel.

When God created he world, He gave it to us--literally. Then when we sinned, we turned around and gave it to Satan. That's why bad things happen--the world we live in no longer belongs to us or to God. The time will come when He will come and take it back, but until then, He respects the free will He gave us when He created us...which means that as a general rule, He only interferes when we specifically ask Him to.
Gyasi M, Psalm 91:11-12 says, "For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone."
When something happens, our guardian angels do sometimes protect us, but only when our troubles are not a result of our own choices. Car accidents seem to be when they come out of hiding the most.

He replaced into an a** yet he made a good number of expertise. You got here across salvation, yet attempt analyzing Genesis Revisited by potential of Zecharia Sitchin. What you will discover is that the bible replaced into plagiarized from the Sumerian pills. Isaiah knew the international replaced right into a sphere using fact the Sumerians knew it a minimum of 2000 years earlier the bible replaced into written. And definite the fossils have been shown to be from definitive cases, yet fundies make up their very own data to greater healthful their paradigm.

Well we do have guardian angels and they will help us fight of demons not people. Demons attack our mind and when we pray the angels help us to fight the demons but if we don't ask for that help and give ourselves over to a certain life style and let the demons tempt us then the angel are not going to intervene with our own choices. But everybody has to die and I don't think we should hate God or blame him because we die, it happens to everyone in all sort of different ways. I think you should read Frank Pierette's books they answer alot of those questions and put he puts it in to a interesting story.

it is because you do not seek his face and go your own way.
Romans 3:10-18, vers 15-18.
I seek and I accedently put a nail gun to my hand, and the nail went some other place and not threw my hand. I walked across this cross walk, and a car went threw a red light, missed me, or stoped before it hit me. I was almost muged once, and the holy spirit came upon me and I frightend the guy away...that is really all right now, at least that I can think of, but more will come to me.

l was attacked going home from work one night, whether it was my guardian angel that helped me that night l dont know but l have never screamed so loudly and deeply from a part of me before l truly believed l was going to die lm not sure but l believe my angel or similar? came to me that morning in a dream l didnt see anyone in the dream but it had shown me the place that l was going to be attacked exactly l felt diffent at work that day more alert or aware of my self but it didnt stop what happened,it just made more aware to try and listen to my dreams in the future and to be understanding of how others might feel in similar situations at the time many elderly people were being raped in their homes,l felt very deeply for them l wasnt hurt just shaken up to a point and in shock of course but even to this day l pray that the person who was doing this to me that night didnt do it again to someone else,l dont believe that angels can stop things of what you ask but only help us to be aware of the possiblities of what may happen not even sure that is able to happen it is very individual for everyone

Ehem! So you too believe in Angels! a/c to your question.
Sin intervenes the firm protection of the Hand of God. God allows "bad" things to happen when the soul is out of grace and His instruments vary.
Thats why we pray "that we may be made worthy of His promises"
