UR body mass index BMI is 21.1 it is a normal weight
* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
But i think on this diet u would lose 2 pounds a week i read that somewhere but u have to exercsie well my dear

No, 1035 cals/day is not enough. Are you skipping a meal? If so, that is about the worst thing you can do if you are trying to lose weight. The reason? When you skip meals, your body goes into starvation mode and burns muscle for energy and stores fat.
Best to eat at least 3x / day and exercise to boost your metabolism.
