You didn't win! It's a scam. No lottery, UK or otherwise, notifies winners by e-mail.
The ONLY way you can win the UK Lottery is by buying a ticket at an authorised UK Lottery retailer. You take your winning ticket to them to claim any prize. There are no fees for claiming a legitimate win.

i have read in a hindi daily news paper published from kolkata that despite remitting courrier charges even further money is demanded and prized money never sent to the winner
