No, but you can see it on a sonogram.

Umm definately no. Its proably about 5mm long right now so I checked out this info for you. Grab a parenting book. One that has week by week pictures, actual size pictures and information on whats happening when. they are great to keep looking at and knowing whats going on in that little tummy!
WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH YOUR BABY
The fertilized egg has made its seven- to ten-day trip to the uterus, where it implants cozily into the endometrial surface. It is now called a blastocyst and it has divided into two parts. While you are reading this, the first part is forming the placenta and the second part will become the embryo. The two layers that make up the amniotic bag of waters are newly formed, and the very beginning of the connecting stalk -- which will become the umbilical cord -- has appeared. Until your placenta is fully functioning, the yolk sac, now present, will feed your baby. Basically, the "home" for your little one is under rapid construction!
hope that helps.

No. It's just a tiny mass of cells then. It doesn't have anything to move yet and even if it did, its not big enough for you to feel.
You probably won't feel it until between 22 and 26 weeks if this is your first pregnancy. Experienced mothers who know what it feels like may notice it a week or two earlier, but never that early.

It's too early to feel the baby when you're only 1 month. But if you are slim you may feel it during the 2 month for the first time.
You shouldn't hurry so much...when it starts to move you will be able to feel it all the time!!

no sweetie , you may not even feel it when you're 16 weeks the first time or if your abdominal muscles are strong, but after 16 weeks it will feel at times like a light tap or gas until after 5 months .
wait and enjoy every moment of pregnancy .

No, the baby is so small and has so much fluids around it that any movement is absorbed by the amniotic fluid
