Many years ago. More than 60 years ago. I was a young woman. I meet my husband in Church. I've never looked back.

Christ set the premier example of how to live a balanced and peaceful life which is the very thing I believe all people desire at their core.
For me following his example and being happy is accepting Christ and being saved and this is accomplished by following the simple message he gave: Do Unto Others What You Would Have Them Do Unto You.
I read the Sealed Portion of The Book Of Mormon The Final Testament of Jesus Christ, three years ago (though not mormon) and found all the answers to my questions about life there. There are no more questions only peace, happiness balance and a stress free life.

When I was 12, In a Church one Sunday morning, Under the Convicting Power of the Holy Spirit. Then I rededicated my life 2 years ago, listening to Sonlife Radio station out of Baton Rouge, LA . I was driving by my self on a long trip at night. It was through the anointed preaching of Donnie Swaggart .

Nope.
I mean... people told me to... and I told them straight that there wasn't anything I needed to be saved from, so I clearly didn't need a saviour.
So they told me that I was doomed to go to hell if I didn't... and I asked them what "hell" was.
They told me hell was a place of eternal torment ruled over by Satan... so naturally I asked them where it was.
They remarked that it was beneath us.... underground or something like that...... to which I replied in no uncertain terms that the deeper you go underground, the higher the pressure and the exponentially less likely there is to be any open space (i.e. that not occupied by rock, molten or otherwise)... therefore hell couldn't exist all the way down there as the internal movements of the earth would have crushed it shut (by the way, I was 7 years old at the time)..... and THEN I asked them again where it really was.
They couldn't answer.
I determined that they were talking complete nonsense, and as my mother taught me I tried to ignore them.
Then I found out there were more of them.... lots more of them.... all proselytising all over the place. I mean.... one fly buzzing around the living room isn't a problem, but when you have a whole swarm of them, then it is time to fetch the bug-spray.
I've been trying to kill off the nonsense and keep it out of my life ever since.

I was 18 years old. I am now 59. He has been my rock. My salvation, my hope. He has seen me through so much! I was in Church and I was saved during a song! A young woman who is now all these years a neighbor singing,( She is now 61 and still singing for the Lord) It went something like this," Faith in God can move the mighty mountain, faith in God can cause the blind to see again, faith in God can cause the Lame to walk again." I don't remember the rest of the song but it hit home with me. I had help walking up to the altar to kneel because I was so over come that my legs were weak. I asked Jesus into my heart for real. I had been going to this Church for years but Jesus truly touched me that Sunday Eve. 41 years ago!

Yes. I first did this as a child, and last year I came back to the Lord after years of living in sin. I first accepted him in Memphis Tn at my home church and I have came back to Him while in prayer here at my home in Raleigh NC.
I simply asked to be forgiven for my sins accepted Christ as my savior.

I did. I've since become an atheist, commiting the unforgivable sin and becomming an apostate. Hebrews 6:4-6 is a real bear sometimes.
