I need a very efficient yet inexpensive attorney in Iran to help me migrate to australia. Can anyone help me? I'm absolutely desperate.

A lawyer won't help you get into Australia. If you qualify, you will be able to migrate. If you don't, you won't. There is nothing a lawyer can do to change that. Check the Department of Immigration and Citizenship web page at http://www.immi.gov.au to see if you qualify.

You likely can't expect both.
Anyway - why would you need an attorney to help you get to Australia? Go to the site below - this is THE FIRST PLACE to look at before doing anything else if you want to come to Australia.

Check out the migration agents registration authority. They list two registered agents in Iran,
1 : Hazrati Homa (Call Arvin Pouyesh Phone : 21-88502350, 21-88523008 in Motahari, Tehran)
2 : Shamim Nasser (Alborz Consulting Phone 0098 21 222 666 31in Mirdamad, Tehran)
I don't know if they are cheap or efficient, but they are registered by the Australian Government and should be able to help you. They both have offices in Australia also.

This is yet another contradiction of terms, efficient/inexpensive.
If you need an attorney to help you, does that mean you have something to hide. If so, dont bother trying to come here!!
