It really has to be judged with his pesonality. If he is naturally a reserved person he may be quiet out of caracter. but if he is an outspoken person then I take it as an admission of guilt. some situations do not deserve words and at those times it could be very frustrating but some questiong trully have no right answers.

Normally a guy avoid discussing a situation for any of the following reasons:
1) He is tormented by the continuous verbal diarrhea of the girl
2) He hates being nagged
3) The girl has already decided he is guilty
4) He just don't care
5) He intentionally want to hurt the girl
5) He is guilty

well it really depends on the situation.... in my eyes it might be cause hes guilty but i would try to put myself in his shoes and talk about it
