Hey, I'll take what I can get. In my opinion, compliments are not given or received often enough by the majority of people. It really makes my day to see the smile on someone's face after I've given them a simple unexpected compliment...and it didn't cost me a dime!!! And if anyone found any reason to compliment me, I would totally appreciate it....cleavage or not!!

yeah well maybe you should complement her on something else just to be safe...most girls would probably think youre a jerk for being so blunt about something like that..try complementing her hair or her eyes or something less pornographic lol

I'd be a bit creeped out, and depending on the way he said it, I might just slap him. He is a total stranger and its disrespectful in my eyes. I certainly wouldn't go out with this guy.

Not in my experience. The girls seemed to get more aroused when I complimented their cleavage. I was able to bed at least three girls in a month.

But that's just me.

It depends on how they 'd say it.
If it looked like he was a dumbass who only wanted to act smart in front of his friends I would still not be offended, but I'd be sorry for him.

Yes. I do not like strangers making reference to my body at all. I do not dress to look good for them, I do it to feel good about me.
