I'm scared because it's not even hot and I stay up a little longer cuz I'm freaked out and I'm back to normal. My shirt looks like i put water on it and i have to change it. By the way, I'm a girl, 17, a got a few extra pounds, but not obses or have health problems or anything, at least i think so . Please help me, I'm really scared.

You are a young woman who may have medical problems which maybe need looking at.
You maybe having a thing called a hot flush which maybe caused by your active hormones of a young woman. Can you remember if you have any dreams about anyone in particular before you wake up if you do have dreams are they about a particular person that you desire. If so you maybe in love or lust.
Defiantly eliminate all medical conditions.
Kind regards, Enoch.

Um.. first of all... I think this is the wrong place to ask for that kind of advice. You should get checked just to make sure... but nothing wrong being all sweaty... at least I don't think there is... are you having nightmares... maybe those areas are being covered too much... but the safe bet, is go and get checked by a doctor...

You're having a wet dream. It's normal for teenagers. Don't sweat about it (no pun intended).

It could be a hormone imbalance. I would talk to your doctor about it.
