I presume this question is addressed to the AUSTRALIAN Prime Minister as Australian Awards have nothing to do with Great Britain anymore!
And just because somebody makes a recommendation doesn't mean its an entitlement for sure.
You will realise now how penny pinching any government can be towards its veterans.
